Tillandsia
The Tillandsia has more than 500 different species and originates from the Bromeliaceae family. Corsa Plant exclusively cultivates the Tillandsia that do not require compost. The plants use their roots to anchor themselves to rocks or tree branches where they grow. This allows the plants to have a special place in the home; for example, in hanging glass or floating holders.


Characteristics Airplants
  • Available in a selection of sizes, colours, and textures. From tot plants although limited availability the XXL varieties.
  • Some species can bloom with a yellow or purple flower, or turn red during the flowering period.
  • Due to the fact that the roots only seek grip to hold on to something, the Tillandsia can be placed on stones, branches, wood, or cork.
  • Purifying the air and capable of removing pollutants from the air.

Care Tips
  • Place in a bright place, but avoid direct sunlight and drafts.
  • Ensure a moderate temperature and high humidity.
  • Mist regularly your plant with (rain)water and remove any dust.
  • Once a week, give it a short dunk approximately 60 minutes.
  • During the summer, the plant can also be hung outside in the shade.
