You can change your personal information on the various pages that can be found under "Welcome (Name)". Here you will find the following:

  • Personal information: here you can change your welcome greeting, name and telephone number. In addition, you can also indicate whether you agree with the general terms and conditions regarding VMP (if applicable).
  • E-mail adress: do you have a new email address? That can be adjusted via this page, so that the mail correspondence can be received through your current address!
  • Password: your password can be changed via this page.

That is possible! Your colleagues can place orders via the web shop, they can do this through their own account. How you can create such an account it is explained by your digital assistant Amalia. Click on Amalia at the bottom left hand corner of your screen. "Own management" and "Add an employee" explains step by step how you can adjust this.

This is also possible! By clicking on "Company settings" in the top right hand corner and then on 'Company overview', you will see your company page and your possible users. By clicking on your company name you will be taken to a page where all users are regulated. If you have administrator rights, you can view users, edit data, reset passwords, and disable users.

It is possible to request two types of user rights to your colleagues, namely "Administrator" and "Buyer". An administrator has access to company settings and invoices. A buyer does not have access to these settings. Orders can of course be placed through both user rights. Each user can also manage their own favorites list.

As an administrator, it is possible to manage margins for your customers. By clicking on "Company settings" you will receive an overview of your company and your possible customers. Here you can adjust the margins in the input fields.
